This group is for ALL parents—to raise funds for the school and promote the school positively in the community.
Money raised by the Parent Support Group went towards the extension to the bike track in the front field, food in schools, whole school trips and other resources/projects.
This year’s fund raising projects include the Gala Day, Easter Raffle, talent quest just to name a few.
Meetings are held at school once a month, but parents/caregivers can help in any way they feel able — offering to lend a hand at:
- Sausage sizzles
- Show Day
- Cake stalls
- Galas, etc
We also enter a Christmas float into the local Christmas parades if there is enough interest.
This is a great way to meet new people and to keep in contact with what’s happening at your school.
